Job Role: We are currently seeking a HSEQ Representative to join our Regional Team in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities

  • Training Matrix and InSite Certification Upload
  • Training Certification Auditing and Gap Analysis
  • Coordinate and book training courses for Field Staff
    • Fall Protection
    • Skid Steer
    • MEWP
    • Telehander
    • First Aid
    • Rigging
  • Competency Certification Matrix Updating, InSite Uploads and Gap Analysis.
    • Ruskin and Westshore Pre-Access Tracking and Booking
    • A&D Booking and Tracking
    • WPP Booking and Tracking
    • Local Component Booking and Tracking
    • Westshore Orientation Tracking
  • Harness and Lanyard Recertification Tracking and Inspection Coordinating
  • Weekly Compliance Auditing – Supervisor Inspection, Equipment Inspections, DSBs and Site Reports.
  • PPE Management and Ordering – Coordinate with Supervision teams and our main supplier to ensure all projects are stocked and supply is maintained at Office.
  • CarriersEdge Training Organizing, Filing and Tracking
  • Emergency Supplies Monthly Audits – Eyewash, Fire Extinguishers, First Aid Kits, and Neautralite Solutions inspection
  • Chemical Management – SDS inventory audit, review and uploading to ensure all chemicals are accounted for.
  • Quarterly Rigging Inspection – Communicate, coordinate and track all quarterly inspections and file accordingly.
  • Batch Plant and Pump Operator Practical Training – Audit and track compliance.
  • Project Completion Filing for COR Audit – File all paperwork upon project completion or periodically throughout.
  • Miscellaneous Project Deliveries – Signage, Emergency Supplies, Barricades, Etc.

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety legislation, principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of principles and methods for training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral/written)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, team player
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
  • Good judgment and decision making skills
  • NCSO Certification preferred
  • Occupational Health and Safety education -certificate or greater

 

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00
