Job Role: We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Regional Team in Delta, BC.

Responsibilities

Superintendent tasks:
• Daily time sheets
• Equipment reports.
• Daily Insite updating and overall tracking (equipment hours/working hours/production/notes) in Insite.
• Jacobs dailies submittals.
• Ordering of tools and basic supplies to site.
• Organizing subcontractors and visitors to and from site.
• Operate the site passenger van to stop paying a union employee from coming in early every day.
• Packing slips and invoices

 

Field Engineering tasks:
• Prepare deviation, DAQ and B-Reports for review by FE and PE
• Data input from DAQ and B-reports into production trackers
• Update UCS map and summary and provide for review to PE
• Update cement and bentonite consumption
• Update spoil amount from trucking slips

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar type degree required
  • Engineering experience or similar trade; Construction field experience preferred
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Project
  • Self-motivated attitude with willingness to learn
  • Must possess multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to meet fast paced and changing schedules and deadlines

Pay Rate:

$20 - $25 per hour
