    Keller is looking for an outgoing, self-motivated, knowledgeable, organized, and positive Shop Assistant to join our team at our office located in Delta, British Columbia.


    Job responsibilities include:

    • Weekly gathering of hours from yard equipment
    • Updating spreadsheets
    • Scanning (data entry) work orders into internal system
    • Reviewing documents and inputting check lists into system
    • Order shop supplies
    • Shipping/Receiving
    • All other duties as assigned


    The ideal candidate should posses the following skills and qualifications:

    • High school diploma
    • Previous administrative experience is an asset
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal direction
    • Initiative to learn and take on new responsibilities
    • Experience in the construction industry an asset
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a calm and professional manner
    • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
